Carriage House
Separate from the main house at Spear Ranch, the carriage house offers self-contained comfort with upper-level apartment-style accommodations perfect for families, groups, or travelers seeking complete privacy.
The Carriage House features country casual furnishings, and includes a living
room with television/VCR, two bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen with appliances
-- for visitors who seek the flexibility of preparing their own meals.
Carriage house guests are
welcome to bring pets, and to take advantage of bicycles, hammocks, badminton
and the playground for children at Spear
Ranch. The Carriage House accommodates up to five guests, and a
three-night minimum is required.
There is a minimum 3-night stay
required at the Caretaker's Cottage and pets may stay by special request.
An additional $25 per pet is necessary. The entire cottage is non-smoking.
Full
access to the Spear Ranch grounds including Little Goose Creek and the
children's playground s available for guests of the Caretaker's Cottage.
