The Caretaker's Cottage
On the banks of the Spear Ranch
pond, the Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy two-bedroom,
two-bath home, perfect for
a family, three couples or guests desiring the extra room.
The Caretaker's Cottage sleeps six comfortably with two bedrooms and a sleeper
sofa. The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and shower
and the additional bathroom offers a bathtub with a handheld shower.
The Cottage boasts al the
amenities of home: a television with VCR, down comforters for the double beds,
vintage quilts and a cozy gas-lit stove. The kitchen is fully outfitted to
make
meals in the cottage since breakfast is not included. The deck
features outdoor furniture for relaxing next to the pond and a barbecue is on
the premises for grilling.
There
is a minimum 3-night stay required at the Caretaker's Cottage and p
ets may stay
by special request. An additional $25 per pet is necessary. The
entire cottage is non-smoking. Full access to the Spear Ranch grounds
including Little Goose Creek and the children's playground s available for
guests of the Caretaker's Cottage.
